Pros: Helping people. Coaching and mentoring employees. Creating a safe and comfortable work environment. Teaching and training employees. Giving employees the tools they need to do their jobs well.
Cons: My pay. That I do not feel appreciated or valued. I do not feel that they see what I do as important or making a difference.
