Pros: I have the chance to implement all my expertis and experiencie in HR.
I plan and execute Organitational development estructure for the company, salary compensation, organizational communication, and launching new HR programs and proyects.
Cons: I really dont like to recruiring people but its part of my job.
The decision maker is slow and its always delaying the ejecution plans.

3. Not being prepared for meetings.

7. Not asking for more work when you’re bored.
8. Being satisfied doing the minimum amount of work necessary.
