A Bit Of Everything.
Executive Assistant:
Pros: Work tasks are diverse and ranges from menial tasks like filing and couriering documents to comprehensive tasks like MYOB entry and planning/booking flights and accommodation to destinations all over the world.
Cons: Certain colleagues add unnecessary stress. As it's a family company there is often family drama. No proper HR department so there isn't anyone around to discuss private matters and concerns with.

Executive Assistant:
Pros: Busy, challenging, interactive, structured but always something to learn, work as a team player and individually.
Cons: Nothing.

Executive Assistant:
Pros: Multi tasking and varied role. Anything from basic calendar management to project management and as I look after 3 Divisions and two Directors it is busy - I also have 2 direct reports who are on our client facing reception so mentoring and developing is a great way to satisfy my job requirements.
Cons: ACtually nothing!
