Good People, Good Culture.

Pros: Power Engineers does a good job of finding employees that are good to work with, the company stresses it's culture as well, and I feel the culture is good.
Cons: Sometimes Projects get out of hand, the nature of consulting can be messy, with deadlines that end up coming up to early, or a project team that just isn't working well for whatever reason can make life very difficult and fairly stressfull.
