Pros: I get to come into a stress-free environment and work on cutting edge technology with updated tools to accomplish my task. The work environment is by far the best environment I have had in my professional care to date.
Cons: The work from home option for my section is lacking while the rest of the company is about 90% remote. However, being in test and validation I understand why.

Cons: I feel like sometimes I’m not as appreciated or compensated as I should be. It sometimes feels like I’m doing a great job and then I get the impression I am not. Feels difficult to move up often with small increases in responsibility rather than larger more challenging changes.
