Do Not Participate in Office Gossip.
Dental Hygienist:
Make an effort to get along with all co-workers. Never start or perpetuate office rumors or gossip. Understand that in a dental environment you will occasionally have to pick up the slack for someone else. You do what needs to be done to keep the office running on schedule even if it's not your official job duty. If you feel that you are doing this too often and your coworkers are not being team players (and nothing is being done by "the people in charge"), then maybe you should start looking for another place of employment because you will get worn out and start to resent your co-workers. As a result patients one way or the other, will not receive the treatment they deserve.
