Customer Service Agent:
Pros: Making customers happy.
Cons: Rude customers who belittle my personality.

Working in a private sector is not a good option in Delhi.
Customer Service Agent:
Pros: Environment is vey much good.
Gives you a feeling of foreign cultures. Always interact with young crowd.
Cons: Shift timings and working hours.
As most of the companies are MNCs, shift is mostly night shift.
Further, working hrs is up to 10 in some company.

Pros: Helping a customer with queries, making them happy and leaving them satisfied. I find inner satisfaction in that, knowing that I actually did my job.
Cons: Working hours and the payment structure.

Pros: Its good about everything enjoys a lot and there is nothing to comment bad about it and the faculty is really good.
Cons: The first thing is about the transport and the time for the transport is really a bad time to tell about the transport of our office.
