Pros: It is much more positive a work environment in Austin than San Antonio and the employers here tend to value their employees.
Cons: I love Austin but commute to downtown and parking is not optional.

Corporate Paralegal in San Francisco:
Pros: It's challenging and I am constantly learning. I've been lucky to work with friendly caring lawyers despite receiving caveats in Paralegal school.
It is a really rewarding career, however makes me wonder if I should go to law school.
Cons: When you work for multiple attorneys there is no uniformity. Often I have to curtail to the attorney's particular preference.

Disconnected and disillusioned.
Corporate Paralegal:
Pros: The values in theory are great but not put into practice and they have amazing potential.
Cons: The leadership was disconnected and ignorant at best. Once a complaint was filed by a employee that employee would find themselves fired.
