Corporate Paralegal Reviews
What is it like working as a Corporate Paralegal?
July 2022
A complex work environment that has challenges but room for growth.
Corporate Paralegal in Seattle:
Pros: Working with people around the world
Cons: Too many hands in the pockets. Takes too long to make a decision.
June 2022
A peaceful city and everything within reach.
Corporate Paralegal in Kuantan:
Pros: Surrounded by good people and very easy to approach outside my boundary
Cons: Salary below standard
December 2021
Corporate Paralegal:
Decent enough work-life balance; people generally don't email on the weekends and are respectful of that. Healthy work environment. Recent internal company survey showed that there was an increase in the number of employees who don't believe they are fairly compensated. I would second that. While they start you off decently, it is difficult to increase by much thereafter even as you are tasked with more and more projects. Plus, you don't get any stock unless you are at a Director-Level.
July 2020
Corporate Paralegal for Potomac, MD Law Firm.
Corporate Paralegal in Rockville:
Pros: I enjoy the general office location as the local area has a lot to offer without the need to commute all the way to Bethesda, MD or D.C.
Cons: The specific building in which my office is located offers few lunch options. Food requires either a trip out of the office or an expensive delivery order through a third-party service that often takes an hour or longer. That is one significant inconvenience.
April 2020
While stressful, it's a fun and exciting job that is never boring.
Corporate Paralegal in Des Moines:
Pros: I work with interesting people on interesting projects that wouldn't happen in the average law firm
Cons: Compensation is very secretive and the ability to move up the ladder is pretty unheard of
