What is it like working as a Call Center Agent?

Unsatisfying and stressful.
Call Center Agent in Québec City:
Pros: It's easy and there are great people within the company.
Cons: The handling of humane ressources is not humane at all and employees are not justly paid nor justly considered by the direction. Unfair treatments are accepted and complaints are dismissed and direction tells RH to overlook them.

Tiring.

Pros: I like the fact that I choose the schedule according to my classes and my day off when I please
Cons: I don't like the salary, I don't like how tough and strict they are in the work place and I really don't appreciate them tripling 1 minute of exceed not ready. I feel that this job is more like a Slavery.
