It is an awesome feeling!
Call Center Agent:
Pros: I like the schedule of working graveyard shift because at daytime I am able to perform my job as being a mom to my two kids. I am able to perform two jobs in a day and that's being a call center agent at night and a mom at daytime. At the same time, with proper time management I am able to perform my duties in those two different field within the day and plus the fact that I am able to provide for my family with the good salary.
Cons: Too much intake of caffeine just to get me going at night. But, I try to manage it on the advise of my physician.
October 2013
Stressful, unorganised, hard work is not rewarded.
Call Center Agent:
Pros: I have gained a significant amount of experience and confidence in my abilities.
I have met a small number of hard working, competent individuals who understand the necessity for ethics.
The C.O.O has shown interest in my development and has taken the time to acknowledge my views re the current situation.
Cons: The office is not organised very well operationally.
Management is neither consistent nor is it entirely fair; my job role is constantly changed on the basis of business needs. This essentially boils down to poor management of current resources; poor research and fore-sight into impending business endeavours/ scenarios.
On one hand I am being given opportunity to develop a potential careers and the other hand it is being continuously taken away from me a few months down the line due to the above and the companies refusal to acknowledge job role requirements in terms of contract and pay. This is explained as 'keeping employees flexible as per business needs'.
