Pros: I love my job and the fact that my supervisors trust me to know what to do and let me do it without micromanaging
Cons: Irratic scheduling,inconsistent hours and shifts,lack of leadership in management

A lot of hard work for little pay.

Pros: The bakery is versatile and I'm learning everything not just a few things. And I can practice to get better.
Cons: The pay and being told I'm not as efficient as I can be. Even when working within my 40 hour limit and not exceeding the hours. Its a huge job for little pay.
