Pros: Being able to come up with amazing recipes for the menu and specials. Hearing positive reviews on the dishes.
Cons: Management and communication sucks, no one tells anyone anything. Finding things out at the last minute is so common and expected. Those who aren't in the kitchen assume that kitchen work is easy and simple to do. Constantly, feeling unappreciated despite the amount of hard work that is put into my job.

Pros: I love giving children the free cookies. I like helping customers.
Cons: Hate the constant gossip and complaining from some people. I hate that the other bread baker sabotages me/my job and constantly talks bad about everyone behind our backs. I really dislike that more and more keeps being put on me but nothing I do is really seen or appreciated. The list can go on.
