Pros: The people and the exposure to so many different client backgrounds.
Cons: The lack of diversity. Your manager has a lot of control over your career development and your team's leadership drives the rules more than HR, so every team operates very differently.

Cons: Small business tend to take advantaged on Migrant people who has very high skills, qualification and high experience at the low rate, just because they do not have perfect English or have tick accent.:)
