Account Manager in Seattle:
Pros: I really enjoy the client relationships I have developed and the team I work with on a daily basis. My direct leadership is supportive and wants to help.
Cons: The products we offer don't provide the best results which harms our clients relationships. Management is slow to adapt when facing new challenges to the market and utilizes older processes that don't provide optimal productivity. There is also a lack of learning opportunities and no ability to expand my role.

Good culture, some people too strongly opinionated.
Account Manager in Sandy:
Pros: I enjoy most of the people at DS, but management are definitely some of the best I have. My two managers are kind, and genuinely care about helping myself and others succeed.
Cons: The people on my team specifically do not like change, so when we try to change processes to grow they get upset. It’s frustrating when some of us want to increase our productivity by adjusting workflow processes and others pout until they have it their way.

Good Learning Opportunity, Poor Pay.
Account Manager in Toronto:
Pros: Other employees are great people. Very little oversight by management.
Cons: Ever-increasing workload and poor compensation.
