Pros: San Diego has a generally upbeat mood, and that translates into workspaces as well. There are a lot of young companies doing exciting work that makes employees enjoy what they do.
Cons: San Diego is expensive and it's hard to feel like you're being paid fairly.

It is hard work, you need to think outside of the box but at the same time make sure that you adhere to process and procedure. It is 70% crisis management and you have think fast.
