International Dairy Queen, Inc. Reviews

What is it like working at International Dairy Queen, Inc.?

I love my job and the brand I represent.
General Manager, Restaurant in Houston:
Pros: Making customers feel comfortable with eating at my restaurant.
Cons: Being micromanaged
Cashier in Highland:
Pros: My co-workers are pleasant to work with.
Cons: I am treated and worked like an assistant manager/shift lead, without the pay and title of one.
Not appreciated.
Restaurant Manager in Chilliwack:
Pros: The employees are great. Learned a lot. But now not treated well
Cons: The general manager does not appreciate his employees and insults them
It's good I like the work just not the pray for the work that's.
Assistant Manager, Fast Food in Craig:
Pros: I love to put smiles on people's faces when they come to the restaurant.
Cons: The pay
Workers are getting ripped off.
Assistant Manager in Houston:
Pros: Nothing at the least
Cons: Employees work hard and the owner don’t get the pay or benefits they deserve
I was hired a little under 6 months ago, work 36+ hours and make as much as a new hire. I’m getting a set of keys to start opening the store and there’s no talk of a raise.
Cashier in Detroit:
Pros: Relaxed schedule
Cons: Everyone around me makes $10.65 because of hazard pay and works about 20 hours a week. I’m 6 months in, working manager positions without the title or pay.
It stinks, literally so bad.
Customer Service Cashier in Prince Albert:
Pros: Some customers are wonderful people to be around.
Cons: A lot of people treat you like trash, very toxic work environment, schedule can change without notice, incompetent co-workers, paid at least 3 dollars under what others make, no breaks, and no store discount
