I love it but the pay isn't always well!

Pros: Customers being satisfied and happy
Cons: When I have lazy coworkers
I love my job , my employees and my managers. We have a great work environment.

Pros: We all work together together throughout the day,
Cons: Nothing at all
A Savvy, Balanced yet Manic Haven.

Pros: Ihop sets itself up as friendly/family environment... With great staff and regulars its a fun friendly place to come eat.
Cons: Short hours...
Stressful at times.

Pros: Cooking tastefully food and getting it out quickly
Cons: The inconsistency poor management
Good for the most part.

Pros: People
Cons: inconsistent scheduling, inconsistent raises, decreasing hours
Stressful at times but really enjoy being part of the team.
