Ihop.
General Manager, Restaurant:
Pros: Hours, travel.
Cons: Unprofessional, MIS managed, unorganized, bad food quality.
What a day.

Pros: Making great food and serving smiling faces.
Cons: One of two.cooks and seven to ten trainies not knowing what to do always cleaning after diff shifts g.m has no clue what to do and if u are her friend she hires ya at a higher pay scale then person doing all the training.
Great.

Pros: The environment. Streamlined operations.
Cons: Commute.
Hard work!!
Restaurant Assistant Manager:
Pros: When it's busy it's like conducting a tornado to spin at your speed. Like being the ring leader in a circus show.
Cons: No benefits, bonuses or paid vacations. Stressful environment.
