Pros: Team work, my team is close and we can work out problems together, we help eachother improve and help with different problems that may occour
Cons: Pay is less than they told me it was gonna be, they gave me a hard number of my hourly wage but it is way less than promised. Strict rules, whitch make for bad working conditions, seems like the company doesn’t care about their workers at all, they dont listen to complaints, the only fixes have been to control us more but there have been no changes to make sure we feel comfortoble ar work, they basically expect maximum work for minimal pay
