The officers are the ones working hands on yet managerial staff agrees with customers as though they really know what wr the staff are involved incontracts.
Security Officer/Guard in Bridgetown:
Pros: I like that I am able to save lives as I make sure the flights I work are thoroughly safe of any threats
Cons: I am threated like a school child
Its spot on but alot of the job centers have a very clicky team and as a aro you are pushed out and not seen as an equal to anyone who has a permanent position on certain sites.

I love the job but supervisor don’t know how talk their employees.

Cons: Again they don’t know how to talk to people like adults. And anything the officers have concerns about it’s not being taken serious

Cons: Micromanaging, non caring management, underpaid, etc.
A lot of extra work outside regular 40 hour week.

Cons: I like it all, multi task, communication, reports,assisting clients and elderly, problem solver, technical skills-Fire Panel, Boiler room Chiller room elevator machine room,Garage doors etc.
