Cons: To much chatting, employees with more years with company think they know it all.

Pros: Never bored. Variety of tasks keep you moving. Ability to change company and performance.
Cons: If it gets too busy -its crazy busy but the deadlines still have to be respected. Working overtime without knowing if you will get compensated.
