Pros: Feeling that you are doing a good thing, job satisfaction. Colleagues are entertaining. Prestigious place to work. Forward thinking company. Customers are interesting and well educated. Making a difference. Beautiful new building. Challenging, every day is different. Never boring, always learning new things.
Cons: Sometimes feel unappreciated and over worked. Tasks you have worked on not getting completed it frustrating. Staff make silly mistakes and complain a lot.
