Operations Manager:
Pros: I like participating and working at the live events across the U.S. That we have for our students and grads. It is awesome to see them meeting one another face to face and forming true friendships. Studying online can be a real challenge and can at times feel isolating. Bringing our students and grads together is highly rewarding. They very much appreciate it.
Cons: Managing bad employees with bad attitudes, lack of work ethic and no professionalism.
