Pros: The pace and the pressure. I manage all of Metro North and Long Island rail road. I manage all of the inventory and the ops team.
Cons: The pay, I feel considering the pressure and responsibility -- I should be getting more.

Pros: I have an awesome team/colleagues that inspires me to keep going. Although it is challenging to make the team motivated while you make the clients extremely happy with our services, we just keep our heads high and look at how far we can achieve if we continue to focus and stand stand still.

Pros: People management, vari, ety of work level of responsibility, pressure, flexible, good team to work with, not far from home to commute left to own devices nice working environment.
Cons: Stress levels, lack of resources, not paid enough for level of responsibility, work with negative staff, other managers have higher salary, not appreciated for what I do.
