Pros: Work from home 90% of the time. Fuel reimbursement, hotel expense paid by company.
Cons: 18 offices to manage IT for, driving to offices when remote support is not possible. Long distance driving over 100 miles one way for several offices. Sometimes if a project or a lot support is required for offices at long distance you opt to stay in hotels.

Pros: Many opportunities to learn new and different aspects of IT. Started from the ground up and have been able to develop a number of skills working in the different areas.
Cons: Responsible for the entire IT footprint and get minimal support.
