Zomato Reviews

What is it like working at Zomato?

Generally speaking, my work is challenging as I have to look after the entire city logistics and distributing life cycle as well as manage day-to-day operations. All the travel involved gets a little hectic sometimes, but it's okay.
Logistics Team Leader in Bhavnagar:
Pros: The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high supply and has a global client base.
Cons: Compensation is not up to the mark and growth is questionable thing, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend numerous calls with out any week offs . Everyone steals efforts ,strengths, work which is why I have to not compromise my ideas to colleagues most of the times, I do receive appreciation while conference calls, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes
It is great working as account manager in zomato, dealing with clients and on boarding the clients to zomato platform, retention of exclusive clients.
