It sucks.

As a store Director you are running a business your responsibilities include HR, operations, sales, management, general services, etc.
Retail Store Director in Deal:
Pros: Working directly with my team, motivating, and developing my team
Cons: The communication with corporate and the compensation.
Retail Store Director in San Jose:
Terrible. I was hired as Store Director 5 weeks before my store opening. Didn’t complete my training and got no additional training or support after opening/holiday. The feedback was not constructive or helpful, they don’t support you to succeed yet expect everything to be perfect when you get 1/3 of your training.
Fulfilling.
Regional Manager, Retail in Los Angeles:
Pros: Teaching people
Cons: Hard Physical work
