Retail Store Director in San Jose:
Terrible. I was hired as Store Director 5 weeks before my store opening. Didn’t complete my training and got no additional training or support after opening/holiday. The feedback was not constructive or helpful, they don’t support you to succeed yet expect everything to be perfect when you get 1/3 of your training.
Fulfilling.
