What is it like working at Trudon?

Quantity but Not Quality = Unfulfilling & No Customer Centricity.
Sales and Service Consultant in Centurion:
Pros: Consulting Customers on the best solution to meet their objectives and goals within their marketing budget and delivering on the promise but most of all building trust and loyal business relationships with my customers after proving my value and delivering on my promises and seeing mt customers' business grow.
Cons: Lack of feedback and proper communication and escalation processes. Top Management are not customer centric nor do they listen to concerns mor do they care whether or not the solution offering is of value to customers, nor do they care to engadge or resolve any issues or concerns raised. Instead of focussing on finding new innovative ways of assisting customers or retaining and growing existing customers' with solution offerings to meet customer needs, they are only interested in how much sales revenue is achieved every day and making up the deficit when customers cancel instead of trying to retain and grow.
