This is the company exploited workers not paying according to the job scribe. When someone left the company took them more than 10 months replacing the position and let the existing worker takes the burden. Most of the workers who works there more than 10 to 20 years still under paid and company not doing about it even workers have raised the issue to their managers or Human Resources department. Company don’t value workers years of royalty and experience services to the company.
