Not bad.. Too much work load for smollan in store division.. More and more accounts but no salary increase and also company doesn't show much care for the division unlike other divisions.

Cons: The salary at smollan store division feel like it's not fair.. This division has so many accounts yet you find at the end of year they are the only ones without bonus while other divisions get bonuses. It seems like this division is the least important in the company.
