Cons: Can’t think of anything.
Heavy workload, everyone comes to me to answers and guidance.

Cons: Need support staff to step up so the higher ups can take some time off. Support staff is struggling to learn

Cons: Mood swing from my boss when some other workers upset him. I have to say i work for my brother. But sometimes it can be stressful
