Pros: I like being able to interact with the members and grow a good rapport with them as someone they know they can trust to accomplish their needs and problems.
Cons: Employees that are just here for a job status and dont really care about keeping this place clean and germ free to ensure a high quality workout for the members.

Pros: My coworkers and direct management are all very supportive of each other; as for the members, it is great to watch the transformation some make through sheer determination-from coming in for the first time somewhat skeptical, maybe a little intimidated, to walking tall and sharing their knowledge and experience with other newcomers!
Cons: I am not paid enough; our franchise is very corporate, we are all just a number...
