Fair in work but disappointing in recognition.

Pros: my contracted day to day duties as a technician, to process patient samples
Cons: the environment and hostility among management and employees

Pros: I like it when pts tell me how it is difficult to get a vein . They usually struggle by them, but me , I always end up getting a vein.
Cons: I don't like pricking babies,
It is good.

Pros: I like the fact that the company takes a lot of responsibility and accountability when testing on patient’s bloods.
Cons: The fact that there’s slow growth and I feel like employees are less paid comparing to the market.
A good start out job but not a position to grow in, limited options for growth.

Pros: The type of service we offer, it helps drs make diagnosis on the pts which is a brilliant way to help
Cons: Not keen on the hours and distance I have to travel to work
