What is it like working at Komatsu?

Work is great we work hard . We beat our targets every year but the people on the floor don't grow when beat the annual target for years.

Pros: I have a great relationship with my supervisor and other colleagues. And i am passionate about my job.
Cons: They don't compensate us for breaking targets for years. No salary adjustments, no incentives
Great place to be.
