Yes, I agree there has been a lot of changes happening within Kellogg but I Q? Which company it’s not happening, the current economy is driving it. But the Q? Come’s in these dynamic situations how Leaders of a company treating their people, that’s where the difference at Kellogg people get treated well, the founder’s philosophy that it’s a company with #HeartnSoul is still there, so overall good working culture, sometimes overwhelming because of work but I will love to work for a company like Kellogg.
