Pros: Working with almost everyone within the organisation exposes you to a great sense of business accumen.
Cons: Racial profiling is still very obvious.

Pros: I have freedom to manage my work on my own, I'm also allowed to implement systems and procedures in the office that would add value to the company.
Cons: I have no benefits, i have not been unskilled, all the skills i know are self taught, there is no clear reporting structure and also no clear job description. annual performance reviews are done but never taken any further than the paper they are written on. I will not be able to grow any more in my position, because I have not been allowed to develop any additional skills. if you aren't a chosen favorite you will stay in the same position
