I Love thw challange of everyday is different and requires me to be fast on my feet thinking outside the box and very resourceful to complete my day to day work.t.
Assistant Parts Manager in Newport:
Pros: Always learning and adapting to a everchanging field.
Cons: The hours I put in go unnoticed and uncompensated, sometimes I am working for free to get the job done
Not for the Faint of Heart.
Production Supervisor in Louisville:

Cons: The bad days are rare but extremely draining
Dream job.
Clay Modeler in Royal Oak:

Cons: Nothing
Sr. Product Manager, Software in Taylor:
Pros: - Great people culture; Colleagues genuinely care about you as a person. - Competitive pay and benefits. - Strong focus on ethical behavior at all levels of the company. Why I Left: - Risk averse culture makes it extremely hard to try new things and innovate. Software products look like they were designed by lawyers. IMO, this is the #1 reason why Ford will fail to compete in an increasingly digital world. - Poor org design, leading to: Clashing priorities and objectives, Too many cross-team dependencies, Too much duplication of effort, Lack of autonomy, Design by committee, Poorly executed solutions, Excessive project management overhead.
Software Engineer in Dearborn:
Great work environment and a lot of potential to grow. Manager want you to learn and succeed. Only issue I have is the fact that some of the processes within the company feel old fashioned and outdated.
Laid back.
Software Engineer / Developer / Programmer in Dearborn:
Pros: I enjoy the steady flow of work, not a high stress environment.
Cons: I don't like being underpaid despite training to do the same work.
