Pros: I interact with lots of people, different race and culture
Cons: Overworked and underpaid

Pros: That it is a private school and we don't have that much input from Department of education.
Cons: Not being acknowledged for hard work and academic achievements. Being Subject head is only a title and you work much harder that just and educator but do not get compensation for it

Pros: It's a hands on job and you make a difference in the students future
Cons: Workload is way too much without compensation. There is no over-time but a lot of technicians work till in the evenings. Definitely not a 7-5 job
