Floor Supervisor:
Work with them is never consistent, you never know if you will be working from day to day. They do not pay a fair amount hourly for employees, they just pay as little as possible. They will never pay your worth for hard work or experience. They worry more about trivial things and not about keeping employees, most everyone that has ever worked for them has left for jobs that will pay them what they are worth.
