Bridgestone SA Reviews
What is it like working at Bridgestone SA?
Looks great from outside but once you're inside it's a different story.
Sales Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: It's linked to a multi national brand housed in the EU.
Cons: Filled with beauracracy, lack of defined processes, structure and order. Everyone does their own thing. Training is also on the short end.
Working under a lot of pressure, good thing is they trust us.
Production Lead, Manufacturing in Johannesburg:
Pros: That i can make my own decisions and run with them confidently
Cons: High waste and scrap, and having to explain the overtime and other costs that are over budget
The company has great atmosphere but because of ongoing lack of sales of our product it has resulted in cutting down a lot of benefits, overtime, allowances and there is this lurking short time hanging on us as employees.
Boilermaker in Port Elizabeth:
Pros: Relationship between me and my manager
Cons: Lack of communication between management and employees
