Agriculture Specialist in Winnipeg:

Pros: Opportunity to Learn about the business dynamics shaping the solutions for customers and creating value in the world.
Cons: Inequitable pay.
Customer Service Team Leader in Oxnard:
This was previously Monsanto before being Bayer. It was always challenging and always changing. This is a good thing to keep things interesting. They pay entirely too little for California employees. The salaries are based on St Louis salaries and the pay just hasn’t caught up. The upper management has been a little lacking since the Bayer takeover for crop science and people moved up that most likely shouldn’t have. Hopefully Bayer sees and starts to get rid of those that shouldn’t be there. Sales is the biggest issue for this side of the company and has been for some time for the Vegetable division.
Good and bad.
Production Engineer in New Orleans:
Pros: I am able to do my job on my own with no distractions. I can make most day to day decisions on my own.
Cons: Management is disconnected and doesn't listen to employees. They do not come through units to provide insight and see how things are operating.
Shaping Agriculture.

Pros: Creating value for farmers
Cons: Politics
Constant change.
Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Specialist in Lethbridge:
Pros: Mentally stimulating
Cons: Politics and silos
