What is it like working at Adcock Ingram?
Its the best for student learning, but its doesn't have the growth opportunity for the experienced lab analyst. No growth at all. Salary wise not fair compared to other sides.

Pros: its place like home, where you feel free to talk.
Cons: Is that we don't get well growth towards our career.
It is wonderful.

Pros: It is very challenging, i am always expected to deliver, it is a task driven job. And it allows me to test my capability and seek opportunities of growth and personal improvement.
Cons: Other decision makers impact my job, and in most cases i tend to account for decision not made by me, and i have to over communicate in most cases to explain how their decisions are impacting my job whether negative or positive.
Not good.. But I think it's because of the dep.

Pros: Friendly people that we meet sometimes
Cons: Favoritism works much in that company
Its place I can be for now, no professionalism and favoritism is always used, new analyst are not given an opportunity to learn more equipment. We are paid lower compare to other analyst who arrived with us some time only months differ.

Cons: my department supervision and unfair treatment.
It's not good as we're given less access to some of equipment that I highly needed for my experience.

Cons: Unfairness treatment when it comes to salary payment, when your black less salary but when you are different race you get better salary.
People are great, a lot of underapprication though.
