Interesting work, no career path.
Senior Business Analyst in St Louis:
Pros: Unique challenges, independence on how I execute
Cons: lack of promotion, property recognition of critical challenges.
Boring.
Client Services Specialist in Kirkland:
Pros: Supportive boss and colleagues
Cons: Repetitive monotonous tasks, overwork, little to no assistance in adjusting to new roles or positions
Insurance Broker in San Francisco:
Solid company, solid office culture over most of my time with the firm. Enjoyed my employment with the company with lots of great people. Left due to compensation falling out of touch with market value, understaffed team/associated bandwidth issues, and poor management handling of promotion processing. Firm made difficult choices in response to COVID-19 with adverse consequence to employees and undermined much of the staff level confidence in their position at the firm.
Physical and emotional work but very rewarding.

Pros: get to know the residents and listen to their stories
Cons: environment between employees: talking behind back, 24/7 criticism
Opportunity to learn about benefits consulting.
Benefits Analyst in Chicago:

Cons: Not enough written SOPs on how my job works, learning blindly at times
Challenging, intellectually stimulating, trailblazing.

Cons: Politics
Pretty Good.
