Web Designer & Developer:

Cons: Long working hours almost 12 hrs/day, Low pay. 6 days working.
April 2015
Central London Designer Developer.
Web Designer & Developer:
Pros: The people, the nature of work, the treatment from management. They take care of their staff, there's a good creative culture in the office space, and everyone gets along well enough. All staff are dependable and passionate about the job, and are willing to impart invaluable wisdoms with practical advice. They find work that they think is best suited to my abilities, and push it far enough to the edge that I will be able to develop and grow. I really feel like I am being invested in and valued as a key part of the company.
Cons: Occasionally there will be some kind of internal politics that get in the way, but I assume this is just the nature of things. Long hours, or the stress of finishing a project can lead me to prioritise work over my life, however this is thankfully not very often, only in exceptional circumstances.
