Pros: I always have a variety of work to do, it's never boring. The people I work with are great.
Cons: HR has slotted my into a web administration job description, though I am currently doing more that what is in the original description. If I left there would need to be two if not three people hired to replace me.

Web Administrator:
Pros: Gratitude from colleagues for the ease of use of tools and training.
Cons: Fighting for my job duties and direction of my career.
November 2015
Low Stress Level, Good Colleague Environment.
Web Administrator:
Pros: Can learn and or try new computer hardware/device brought by company required to setup or readjustment. Fix or repair computer related problems when occurred. Solve colleague software problems. Provide some ideas when IT knowledge is required by them. Experience the workflow of how really does a online store works in reality.
Cons: Company system limitation. This is causing the whole company colleague extra work because the system is very old, and any add-on devices while can help decrease the time of work is not possible unless new system is being developed and implemented. Company management is quite stingy about spending for colleagues rather than for beneficial for the company only.
October 2015
I enjoy building and maintaining web pages.
Web Administrator:
Pros: It's flexible, some of the people are polite, and where I am, it's a quiet place to work. I like having control over my own work. I can log in anytime to access reports on what I do daily. And it's neat to see the finished result of a nice, stunning and smooth-running website that I created.
Cons: No one communicates. Especially to me. So I get told about every 8 weeks or so, that I'm not doing my job when they don't even have a clue as to what job I'm doing or not doing! I have to save every note, every document and show them whenever they see it fit to come find me and finally ask me how I'm doing in my job. Sad, this business may fail someday, due to the lack of communication between the employees. Thanks to one or two people's personal vendetta's or uncalled for rudeness to others they simply do not like.
