Car Dealership Warranty Administrator.
Warranty Administrator:
You are responsible for at least 1/3 of the car dealership's money, make sure they realize this when structuring your salary. The Warranty Administrator is essentially the Service Manager's "right hand man/woman". In many cases, your job requires long hours with practically no acknowledgements from any of the other departments. You play an essential role in the dealership's annual revenue. It is because of You, the Warranty Administrator, that the dealership gets maximum pay for warranty claims. Your job is stressful and chaotic at times. Lots of training and general automotive knowledge are required to successfully fulfil the requirements of this position. A good Warranty Administrator should be able to maintain an up-to-date warranty schedule at all times within a company that allows this person to perform their duties for their entire work day. Nobody else should interfere with your job duties; if you have a process that works then your dealership needs to let you fly on your own.

Warranty Administrator:
Pros: I LIKE THAT I CAN INTERACT WITH PEOPLE.
Cons: IT CAN BE SUPER STRESSFUL WHEN I HAVE TO SEARCH FOR INFORMATION.
October 2015
Small Business Culture.
Warranty Administrator:
Pros: Working as a team to help customers with warranty repairs is the most rewarding part of the job. Collecting and analyzing the data for processing the warranty claim comes in second for the things I like about the job. I do enjoy the whole process from beginning to end, from data collection, entry, and receiving payment for claims processed.
Cons: There is nothing about the Warranty Administrators job itself that is not to like. However, the lack of information and communication from other departments to the Warranty department is where frustration sets in and becomes a problem.
August 2015

Cons: Lack of pay, and sometimes lack of things to work on.
July 2015

Pros: It good experience of my life.
