Warranty Admin.
Warranty Administrator in Mankato:
Pros: I love learning new things every day and new ways to do different things. I enjoy being able to basically work at my own pace most of the time. My position is pretty flexible, so if I were to have a emergency or appointment it would not be a issue.
Cons: I believe I should be paid more base on the amount of responsibility the job demands. I was told I would start hourly then be moved to salary as soon as I was comfortable in the position and doing the job on my own, I have been fully in the position for 6 months now. It is stressful when paperwork is filled incorrectly and is missing.
