Tricks To Learn How To Handle The Job.
Warehouse Supervisor:
Be proactive, learning how to make the job easier makes your life easier.
It can be stressful, you will feel unappreciated, but don't let it get you down. You're here to work, so work hard, don't get wrapped up in everyone's stories.
Learn to handle problems on your own. That way, they don't get blown out of proportion.
You need to learn how to handle the stock, learn the filing system, and most of all, learn that all of your customers are not there to help you. They are there to demand that you know your job, and they will not make that easy for you.
