Warehouse Supervisor Reviews
What is it like working as a Warehouse Supervisor?
December 2014
Headaches here and there. Nothing new.
Warehouse Supervisor:
Pros: I love that I'm able to help others in area they're weak in and teaching fast ways to get the job done faster and with better quality. Time is money. I'm able to produce certain without approval of my manager because more than likely it is needed. Knowing that I am responsible for the well being and up to date status of certain ingredients and maintenance of the production and equipment. I love the challenges of certain things ordered all of sudden and my boss looks forward for me to complete the task at hand.
Cons: There is no organization when its comes for my bosses being on the same page. It feels like a cut throat environment like if everybody is watching out for their themselves. No team spirit. Certain things that are needed always get questioned and it feels like there is no trust.
